Credit card (via Stripe)
The prices stated in the shop are final prices and generally include all price components including applicable VAT (where legally required), unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are shown separately.
Any additional fees (for example bank charges or currency conversion fees for payments from abroad) may be charged by your payment provider and are outside our control.
3.1 TWINT
If you choose TWINT as your payment method, you will be redirected to the corresponding TWINT payment page during checkout or you can scan the TWINT QR code displayed. The payment is made directly via your TWINT account.
Your TWINT account is charged immediately when you complete your order. The goods will be dispatched after we receive confirmation of payment.
3.2 Credit card (Stripe)
We accept common credit cards (for example Visa, Mastercard and others as shown in the checkout). Payment processing is handled securely by our payment service provider Stripe.
When you select credit card payment, you enter your card details in the encrypted payment form. The amount is authorised and then charged to your card after you place the order.
Your payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is not stored in our systems.
3.3 Due date of payment
For all offered payment methods, the full invoice amount is due immediately upon completion of the order. Goods will only be dispatched after successful confirmation of payment.
