Prices, shipping costs and delivery countries

All prices shown in our online shop generally include applicable VAT (where required by law) and all other price components, unless stated otherwise. Any shipping costs are clearly displayed during the order process.

We currently deliver to Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Additional countries may be available in the checkout if listed there.

Shipping costs within Switzerland

• For orders with a cart value of up to CHF 500.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 15.50 per order.

• For orders with a cart value of CHF 500.00 or more, delivery within Switzerland is free of charge.

The applicable shipping costs are shown again in your cart and on the checkout page before you complete your order.

Shipping costs to other countries (especially EU)

For deliveries to Germany, Austria and any other countries available in the checkout, the shipping costs shown there apply.

Customs duties, import taxes or similar charges may be incurred for deliveries outside Switzerland. These are levied by the competent authorities or service providers and must be borne by you as the customer. They are not included in our prices and will not be refunded by us.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, we usually dispatch goods within 3–7 working days after receipt of payment.

If your order contains multiple items, the delivery time is generally determined by the item with the longest delivery time. Should there be any delays (for example due to high order volumes or transport issues), we will inform you by e-mail.

Partial deliveries

We may make partial deliveries where this is reasonable for you. You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.

Digital content

 

If we offer digital content (for example downloads), no shipping costs are charged. Access is usually provided via e-mail or download link.
